Bentley loves attention and is very loving and laid back. When grooming, if you get too close to his sensitive area, he groans! It's quite funny! He's not vocal, so if you hear him bark you pay attention! He's a very rare color, being only 1 of 2 Cairns known to be this color of mahagony red with black points. Bentley is ready to retire to his forever pet home. As a breeding male, he does mark his territory. He has very clean habits and always goes potty in the same spot in his area. When acclimating to his new home, he will need to be taught that marking is not allowed in the home. Neutering will also help in curing this natural behavior. He is easily redirected when in public, so this will just take some knoweldge and consistency on the part of his new owner. He walks on a lead, rides well in the seat of the car, is used to being crated, and is great with children and other animals.
